Integrated regulators aimed at TV tuners

The MIC2605/6 are integrated switch and Schottky diode boost regulators operating at 1.2 MHz (MIC2605) and 2 MHz (MIC2606). Both devices supply up to 0.5-A switch current. The devices suit TV-tuners, broadband communications, TFT-LCD bias supplies, positive output regulators, SEPIC converters, DSL applications, and local boost regulators.

The regulators provide a 4.5 to 20-V input range and an output voltage as high as 40 V. The devices also offers up to 2-MHz PWM frequency, and is offered in 2 x 2-mm MLF-8 package. ($0.98 ea/1,000 — available now.)
