The CAT6221 LDO integrates two 300-mA regulators in a six-lead, 0.8-mm-high TSOT-23 package for cell phones, battery-powered devices and other portable consumer products requiring two LDOs. Each LDO in the regulator has an independent enable pin and when combined, have 1% initial accuracy and a typical dropout voltage of 210 mV at a 300-mA load.
The device has a quiescent current of 100 µA to help reduce power consumption, while 1-µF ceramic output capacitors provide stable operation. It has a quick-start feature with a turn-on time of
