The drive uses 25-nm NAND flash and provides up to 80,000 4K random write IOPS and up to 50,000 4K random read IOPS.
The unit yields sequential read performance of up to 550 Mbytes/s and up to 520-Mbyte/s sequential writes and comes in a wide range of capacities from 60 to 480 Gbytes.
