The company’s 84-circuit iPass+ High Speed Channel (HSC) and 38-circuit iPass connector and cable assembly systems were recently adopted by InfiniBand as the CXP 12x QDR and QSFP 4x QDR standards, respectively. The CXP 12x connector system enables twelve channels of 10-Gbit/s transmission for 120 Gbits/s total bandwidth in a one-piece press-fit assembly.
With a pitch of 0.08 mm, the 38-circuit iPass connector features an SMT design that enables placement on both sides of the PCB and simplifies routing of traces on the board. (Contact Carol Magosky for pricing and availability.)
