Interface for microwave design solutions
A bidirectional interface has been developed for use between
Hewlett-Packard's Microwave Design System (MDS) and Cadence's Analog
Artist Microwave Design System. With the interface, designers can move
freely between the two environments at any point during the design
process. For example, users can develop high-frequency components in the
system of their choice–Analog Artist or MDS–and then simulate them with
the MDS simulator. The interface is an option to the Analog Artist
Microwave Design System and MDS. ($5,000–available 4th qtr.)
