The J-Link PRO JTAG/SWD emulator features Ethernet and USB interfaces and power analysis with a resolution of 50 μA at sampling frequencies of up to 200 kHz. It supports ARM7/9/11, Cortex-A5/A8/A9, Cortex-M0/M1/M3/M4, Cortex-R4 and Renesas RX610/RX621/RX62N/RX62T/RX630/RX631/RX63N processors.
The tool has automatic core recognition, a maximum JTAG speed 12 MHz, and download speed up to 3 Mbytes/s. It also has a wide target voltage range of 1.2 to 3.3 V, 5 V tolerant (798 euros – available now.)
