Designed for resistance testing down to the milliohm range, the model
5940 Kelvin Clip test lead set is for use with high-precision 6-1/2-digit
digital multimeters. The set permits four-lead measurement plus a fifth
grounding or guarding lead. Two spring-loaded, gold-plated Kelvin Clips
assure low contact resistance. An insulated minigator ground clip and the
four-lead set are bundled in a 24-in.-long sheathed cable assembly
terminated with single gold-plated banana plugs for DMM connections. The
