SANTA ROSA, Calif., July 22, 2015 – Keysight Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: KEYS) today announced its collaboration with NTT DOCOMO, INC., Japan’s largest mobile service provider, on development of next-generation 5G wireless communication systems.
Keysight will actively support the 5G research programs led by NTT DOCOMO, and provide test and measurement solutions and expertise for next-generation 5G wireless communication systems. The collaboration will involve multiple 5G research areas including millimeter-wave (mmWave) communications technology, which plays a major role in enabling 5G.

Keysight’s measurement science and insight around 5G, including millimeter wave channel sounding, ultra wideband and massive MIMO measurements will be showcased and explained at the 5G Tokyo Bay Summit, July 22–23, hosted by NTT DOCOMO.
