Kits simplify testing fiber-optic cables
A line of fiber-optic kits includes just about every accessory item
needed to test fiber-optic cables. When used with a fiber-optic power
meter and source, these cable kits permit accurate measurements of loss
per industry-standard test procedures. Included in each model ATC kit are
terminated jumper-cable assemblies, bulkhead interconnection splices,
cleaning pads, and other necessary supplies. Versions for many different
connector and cable types are available. Instructions for testing to
industry-standard test procedures FOTP-171 and OFSTP-14 are included.
