The TFF100xHN family of Ku-band RF PLLs has integrated VCO intended for low phase-noise local oscillator (LO) circuits in Ku-band VSAT transmitters and transceivers. Manufactured in a high-performance SiGe:C process, it delivers extremely low phase noise and complies with the IESS-308 from Intelsat.
LO generators
Experience GaAs-like electronic tuning on a small footprint with lower power consumption and 100% RF testing on a silicon budget. Considerable saving of production time as the LO generator enables electronic tuning instead of manual tuning for satellite LNB. Reduces design time by several months and reduces development risks as the LO generators are fully RF tested. Up to 65% reduced power consumption, enabled by NXP SiGe:C technology and unique architecture. Up to 40% PC board size reduction enabled by high level of integration, no mechanical components needed anymore.
