Lab supply combines low cost, high performance
Priced at under $1,000, the HP E3632A programmable single-output benchtop
supply comes with both GPIB and RS-232 interfaces. It has dual ranges of
0 to 15 V at 7 A and 0 to 30 V at 4 A.
Specifications include a line and load regulation of 0.01%, ripple and
noise of 2 mVp-p (normal-mode voltage), and a programming accuracy of 0.05%
+10 mV (voltage) and 0.2% +10 mA (current). The supply's front panel has
a vacuum-fluorescent display to monitor voltage and current and a control
knob to adjust output resolution. ($995–stock.)
