A scanning speed of 226 m/s allows the Desktop
Laser Scan Micrometer to measure small
high-temperature, or fragile workpieces even
during motion or vibration. The desktop
micrometer can also measure transparent objects.
Measuring range is from 0.5 to 60 mm with
selectable resolution from 50 nm to 0.1 mm. The
unit includes an RS-232 data interface.
