Laser pump module uses 16 emitters

Delivering an output of 30 W, the RayTools-Sirilas linear laser diode array consists of a bar with 16 individual emitters for use in the standardized mechanical, thermal, and electrical interfaces of a pumping application.

The laser bar is in a sealed package on a heat sink with integrated cooling fins and a lens that delivers a beam with a typical vertical divergence of 1°. (Contact company for pricing—available now.)
