Consisting of six closed- and open-loop models for mirrors up to 50 mm (dia), large-angle S-330 piezo tip/tilt platforms offer optical beam deflection to 20 mrad with resolution to 20 nrad and a resonant frequency under 3 kHz for sub-ms step response for high position stability.
