A line of quick-mount LCD connector assemblies, with shock absorbent retainer, mask, and acrylic display bezel, holds two Series 2004 Zebra connectors that provide electrical connection between the LCD and PCB surface. These connectors consist of alternating parallel layers of conductive and nonconductive silicone rubber repeating on a 0.18-mm pitch.
The connectors offer nominal resistance of 1,000 Ω, operating temperature from –40° to 95°C and relative humidity range from 0% to 100%. They are available in six sizes to accommodate LCDs from 0.54 x 0.94 in. to 1.50 x 2.75 in. (Ea/10,000: 0.54 x 0.94 in., $1.28; 1.20 x 2.00 in., $1.94; 1.20 x 2.75 in., $2.25 — available now.)
