The AS1364 LDO regulator operates from a 2 to 5.5-V supply, making it suitable for dual or triple standard-cell and single Li-ion battery-powered applications. Offering a dropout voltage of 140 mV at 1 A with quiescent current of 35 µA during operation and 10 nA during shutdown.
The regulator is offered with adjustable or pre-programmed output voltages from 1.2 to 5.0 V with an output voltage accuracy of excellent 0.75%. The noise is 50 µVrms for the adjustable version and 10 µVrms for the preprogrammed versions.
