LED clusters to replace incandescents
The S600, B600, and DB600 Series of 15-mm LED lamps can have between 9
and 40 clustered LEDs for the replacement of incandescent bulbs in
military, commercial, and industrial applications. The S600 series is
available with a screw-type base, while the B600 and DB600 LEDs have
bayonet-type bases. The LEDs come with diffused, wideangle, or clear
lenses. They are available in high-efficiency, super-bright, and infrared
versions. A built-in resistor allows for 5-Vdc or 130-Vac operation.
Special configurations include flashing or blinking LED, bicolor multiLED,
and multiLED 360 degrees clusters. A 2,000 to 3,000-mcd yellow AlInGaP
