LED connectors withstand high vibration

LEK Series board-to-board connectors provide a low-profile connection for LED lighting and high density applications. A spring contact in the receptacle is designed with a hook that provides a secure locking system. This positive locking feature assures high retention force while providing ease of assembly. 

Misalignment of horizontal connections between boards is absorbed by the LEK plug and receptacle. With contacts made of tin-plated copper alloy and rated at 3 A (ac/dc), the SMT plug and receptacle contacts are available in side entry configuration. Operating range is −55°C to 85°C.
