LEDs replace
midget-flange lamps
Available in AlInGaP and InGaN technology, the 586 Series single-chip LED lamps replace T1-3/4 midget flange, bi-pin, and wedge (T5) incandescent lamps in panel illumination and other applications. The devices are available in red, green, amber, blue, and white.
The LEDs come in versions operating on 6, 14, and 28 V with a forward current of 10 mA typ, and provide up to 775 mcd, depending on color. The operating temperature range is from -40° to 80°C. (From $4.35 ea/1,000�available now.)
