The PSAC09R series 9−W adapter features field interchangeable clips for use with tablets, peripherals, wireless and networking equipment. The charger features a single output of 5 Vdc with a Micro USB connector and is fully compliant with the Level−V efficiency requirements. The constant current output also complies with USB’s Battery Charger Specification Rev. 1.0 making it suitable for charging lithium ion batteries in personal electronics.
The 9−W adapter replaces the PSM08R mini-USB adapter. It is double-insulated, meets Class B EMI standards, and features short-circuit, over-voltage, and over-current protections. The device is equipped with a constant-current feature that enables a quick charge on lithium ion batteries followed by a constant-voltage output to top off.
