Four new OLED lighting products were added to the PixClear zirconia nanocrystal family. These new products deliver light extraction capabilities and efficiency for a variety of OLED lighting applications. These zirconia nanocrystals are tailored to be dispersible in a wide variety of monomers, and polymers. The patent pending synthesis and surface modification technologies produce high quality dispersions that are easily incorporated into many of the most widely used polymer systems.
The nanocrystal lighting products can be incorporated into OLED lighting panels as an internal light extraction and smoothing layer, delivering more than twice the amount of light currently extracted in OLED lighting devices.
