Light guides come in broad range of sizes

Available in a wide range of standard sizes — from 9.6 to 45 mm — for variable front-panel-to-parallel-PCB distances, standing light guides are available in single-guide to 10-guide-array versions for use with SMT LEDs. The guides feature indicators with a planar, 3-mm-diameter surface.

The indicators have ESD protection of 8 to 12 kV within a –40° to 85°C ambient temperature range. The guides also feature press-in pins to provide a stable connection to the PCB and an optional black sleeve to prevent over-emission to neighboring light guides.
