Lighting-class LEDs are industry’s smallest

Measuring just 3.45 mm2 x 2 mm high — an 80% smaller footprint than previous devices — the XLamp XP-E and XP-C LEDs are said to have the smallest footprint for lighting-class LEDs in the industry. They feature a symmetrical package, a viewing angle of 115°, a maximum drive current of 700 mA, and an unlimited floor life at 30°C, 85% RH or less. They are RoHS compliant, and have an electrically neutral thermal path.

Available bins for the XLamp XP-E LEDs include minimums of 100 lm at 350 mA in cool white (5,000 to 10,000 K) and 80.6 lm at 350 mA in warm white (2,600 to 3,700 K). (Contact company for pricing — available now.)
