The ZIOL2411 line driver/level shifter IC has two independent HV1 I/O channels and is designed to support the point-to-point factory automation communication standard IO-Link. Like other IO-Link drivers, the IC has fully programmable slew rate and current settings and numerous diagnostics and protection features.
The chip operates at –40° to 85°C on a 8.0 to 36.0 V supply and comes in a tiny 4 x 4-mm QFN24 package. The IC’s exposed die paddle aids heat distribution. ($4.46 ea/1,000 — samples available now.)
