Linear power amps for digital cellular
The MHW926, MHW927A, and MHW927B power modules are designed for mobile
radios operating with 12.5-V supplies in the 824 to 849-MHz frequency
range. The devices deliver 6 W of average power and require either 65
(MHW926) or 1.0 mW (MHW927A/B) of RF input power. All the devices have
standard 50-ohm input and output impedances and a third-order
intermodulation distortion specification of -29 dBc. The amplifiers are
