LNA combines high gain with ESD protection

At 5.8 GHz, the NESG4030M14 LNA delivers 11 dB of gain at a low 2-V/6-mA bias, making it ideal for battery-powered products. Measuring 1.0 x 1.2 x 0.5 mm, the part is fabricated using the company’s 140-GHz fMAX UHS4 SiGe:C process and provides offers 80 V (MM) of onboard ESD protection.
