LNAs target WiMax, cellular apps

Designed for cellular and WiMAX infrastructure applications, the MGA-12516, 13516 and 14516 MMIC LNAs operate between 800 MHz and 3 GHz, 400 MHz and 1.5 GHz, and 1.4 GHz and 2.7 GHz, respectively. The MGA-12516 is a matched-pair balanced LNA that offers a 0.62-dB noise figure, 23.8-dB gain, 33.5-dBm OIP3, and 17.9-dBm P1dB at 1.95 GHz.

At 5 V, 155 mA, the MGA-13516 achieves 0.66-dB noise figure, 31-dB gain, 38-dBm OIP3, and 24-dBm P1dB at 900 MHz. The MGA-14516 delivers a 0.68-dB noise figure, 33-dB gain, 38-dBm OPI3, and 24-dBm P1dB at 1.95 GHz. (From $3.44 ea/1,000 — available now.)
