Load switch supports 12-V operation

Capable of supporting 12-V operation, the AAT4285 load switch integrates level-shift slew-rate-control functionality in 8-pin SC70JW packages. The device operates across a 3.0 to 13.2-V input range and features a quiescent current of 25 µA typ and a turn-on time of 100 µs

In addition, it offers an RDS(on) of 240 mΩ typ at 12 V to maximize load-switch power-handling capability, and at 5 V it offers an RDS(on) of 320 mΩ typ. ($0.68 ea/1,000—available now.)
