LogicStudio 16 software supports not only its manufacturers’ WaveJet oscilloscope but also six Tektronix and three Agilent scopes, with bandwidths between 40 MHz and 1 GHz, letting users turn their analog instruments into mixed-signal scopes with the aid of a PC.

The software and supporting hardware provide 16 digital channels, 1-Gsample/s capture rate, 3.75-ns glitch capture, and serial protocol analysis (I2 C, SPI, UART). The software provides communication between the PC and the scope for configuring the trigger and transferring data, so all the digital, serial, and analog data can be viewed on the PC in a single display.
