Logic family operates from 0.7 to 2.75 V

The AXP high-performance logic family is specified with supply as low as 0.8 V and will operate over 0.7 to 2.75 V. The 74AXP1G58 is a configurable multiple function gate with Schmitt-trigger inputs and can be configured as a AND, OR, NAND, NOR, XOR, inverter, or buffer function. Other similar functions can be found in the 74AXP1G57/G97/G98.

AXP devices have a propagation delay of only 2.9 ns (typ.) at 1.8 V and are available in leadless SMT packages such as the 1.0 x 0.9 x 0.35 mm SOT1115. Static supply current is 0.6 µA and the chips operate from -40° to +85°C. The ICs cost $0.25 ea/10,000.
