Low-cost scopes have big LCDs, sample rates

With bandwidths in the 40 to 100-MHz and 70 to 300-MHz range, respectively, WaveAce two-channel 1000 and two- and four-channel 2000 series oscilloscopes have 7-in. LCDs and sampling capability up to 1 Gsamples/s with 2-Mpt memory (1000 series) or 2 Gsamples/s with 24-kpt memory (2000 series). Prices start at under $800.

All the scopes provide debug tools such as 32 automatic measurements, waveform math capability, pass/fail mask testing, waveform recording, and remote control. The scopes can also be integrated with the manufacturer’s logic analyzers and waveform generators to expanded debug and testing capabilities.
