Low-CxR relays feature built-in resistor

Featuring a built-in input resistor, the RF voltage-sensitive PhotoMOS series relays save PCB space. The relays offer load voltages of 40 to 60 V, with low-CxR and high-capacity varieties, including two types of ultraminiature SSOP 1-A, 40-V (continuous load currents of 0.12 to 0.25 A) version; a high-capacity SOP 4-pin (continuous load currents of 60 V and 1.25 A) version, 1-A version; and two SOP 16-pin, 4-A, 40-V (continuous load currents of 0.06 to 0.16 A) versions.

The SOP16 offers four channels in one package and measures 4.4 x 10.37 x 2.1 mm. The SSOP measures 4.45 x 2.65 x 1.80 mm, and the SOP4 4.4 x 4.3 x 2.1 mm. (Ea/1,000: SSOP package, $3.38; SOP4 pin, $3.20; SOP16 pin, $14.03 — available now.)
