Low-leakage diode saves 55% space

Suitable for industrial and telecom designs, the CMAD6001 low-leakage diode available in the SOD-923 package is a 100 V, 250 mA diode with a leakage current (IR) of 0.5 nA max, and capacitance of 2.0 pF max. The diode package has a height of 0.41 mm and uses 55% less board space compared to the SOD-523 package.

Circuit applications include reverse-polarity protection, signal-line protection, secondary-side rectification, inverters, dc regulators, and power management applications. ($0.09 ea/8,000 — available now.)
