Low-loss transistors suit displays

The ECH series low-loss bipolar transistor suit flat-panel displays and mobile device applications. They achieve the lowest power loss of any SOT23 class (55% reduction in loss compared with conventional products) bipolar transistors and offer a 12–A current rating.

Five models are available in the new ECH series. Four models are single-type pnp/npn bipolar transistors that are used for IGBT gate-driving circuits in solar batteries, power conditioners, and nonstopping power supply devices. They suit power-line switching circuits and dc-motor-driving circuits. The fifth model is a composite-type (MOSFET and bipolar transistor) that targets cell phone charging switches.
