Low-noise LDO offers high power density

The 1.1-A LT1965 LDO features a low-dropout voltage of only 300 mV at full load, with wide VIN capability of 1.8 to 20 V and low adjustable output from 1.2 to 19.5 V. Features include an output noise of 40 µVrms, a shutdown current of 1 µA, and an output tolerance of ±3% over line, load, and temperature.

Additional features include reverse battery protection and thermal limit and current-limit protection. The part is housed in 8-pin DFN, 8-pin MSOP-E, 5-Lead DD-Pak, or 5-Lead TO-220 packages. (From $1.88 ea/1,000—available now.)
