Designed to significantly reduce noise characteristics in mobile phones, hard-disk drives, and other applications, the QM Series multilayer ceramic capacitors provides high capacitance with a low working voltage. The lead-free RoHS-compliant MLCCs are available in Class II X5R dielectric, offering X5R temperature characteristics with temperature variation of capacitance within ±15% from –55° to 85°C.
The capacitors are offered in case sizes from 0603 to 0805 with voltage ratings ranging from 4 to 16 V. The devices can also be used as a low pass filter for audio amplifier output or as a coupling capacitor. (From $0.05 to $0.20 each in volume — 15 weeks ARO.)
