Low-power 32-bit MCU offers USB, DSP

 The RX111 50 MIPS 32-bit processor has 16 to 512 Kbytes of no-wait-state flash, USB 2.0, I2 C, a RTC, a 12-bit A/D converter, an 8-bit D/A converter, and a data transfer controller. The chip's power supply can be 1.8 to 3.6 V, and supply current is 3.2 mA at 32 MHz (typ). Standby mode takes just 0.44 µA.
