The RX113 group of 32 MHz microcontrollers (R5F51138ADF) offer unique capacitive touch sensor IP with up to 36 channels. They have 128 to 512 Kbytes of flash and 32 or 64 Kbytes of SRAM. The ICs feature LCD control/drive capability up to 288 segments and DSP functions including 32 x 32 bit hardware multiply/divide.
The devices operate from a single 1.8 to 3.6 V supply, with operating mode current of 110 µA/MHz, and standby mode of only 0.44 μA (RAM retention). They have an RTC, a WDT, a 12-bit A/D converter, a 12-bit D/A converter, USB 2.0, I2 C, IrDA, and a unique ID. They come in packages with 64 to 100 pins and start from $3 ea/10,000.
