Low-power 8-bit MCU family is feature rich

The PIC18F K22 MCU family of low-power, high-performance 8-bit microcontrollers provide features such as operation from 1.8 to 5.5 V, two SPI/I2 C channels, a 10- or 12-bit A/D converter, and peripherals for capacitive touch-sensing. They also feature 8 to 128 Kbytes of flash, 256 bits to 4 Kbytes of RAM, one to ten PWMs, up to 11 timers, and sleep currents down to 20 nA.

The MCUs are available in PDIP, QFN, SOIC, SSOP, and TQFP packages with 20 to 80 pins. A complete suite of development tools is available including the MPLAB IDE and MPLAB C18 or Hi-Tech C compilers. (From $0.60 ea/high volume — available now.)
