Low-power 8-bit MCUs come in 2 x 2-mm pkg

The ATtiny4, ATtiny5, ATtiny9, and ATtiny10 8-bit microcontrollers come in an ultrasmall 2 x 2 x 0.6-mm 8-pad UDFN package. The chips take just 200 μA at 1 MHz and 1.8 V and have 512 or 1,024 Kbytes of flash and 32 bytes of RAM.

The ATtiny5 and ATtiny10 have a four-channel 8-bit A/D converter, and all versions execute at up to 12 MIPS at 12 MHz. They have four general-purpose I/O lines, 16 registers, a 16-bit timer/counter with two PWM channels, internal/external interrupts, a watchdog timer, an oscillator, and four software-selectable power-saving modes.
