The 74HCT2G02 is a low power, TTL compatible dual 2-input NOR gate. It is specified from -40 °C to +85 °C and -40 °C to +125 °C and operates between 2.0 V to 6.0 V. The device features balanced propagation delays with high noise immunity.
Inputs include clamp diodes. This enables the use of current limiting resistors to interface inputs to voltages in excess of VCC .
