Low-power FPGA has standby mode

The Zero+ family of 3.3-V FPGAs, based on the Xilinx XC2000 and XC3000
architecture, is designed for memory cards with VQFP packaging and
20-microamp quiescent current. Standby current is under 5 microamps.
Depending on pinout requirements, a 64-pin, 10 x 10-mm or a 100-pin, 14 x
14-mm package is available. Two devices are available now, and all seven
