Low power MCU has a transimpedance amplifier

The MSP430FR2311 16-bit microcontroller features a high input impedance transimpedance amplifier (TIA) that is ideal for sensor interface – including smoke sensors. It also has an enhanced comparator, a low power op-amp, and an 8-channel 10-bit A/D converter.

The 16-MHz device has 3.75 Kbytes of non-volatile FRAM and 1 Kbye of SRAM and runs from a 1.8 to 3.6 V supply with active mode current of just 126 μA/MHz. Standby current is 1 µA.
