Low-power MCU has optional wireless xceiver

The C8051F96x MCU and Si102x/Si103x wireless MCU families feature a very low 110 µA/MHz current draw at 20 MHz. They have pipelined instructions enabling 70% of instructions to execute in one or two system clocks. The ICs can have up to 128 Kbytes of flash and take 400 nA sleep current with the real-time clock operating.

The MCUs have 2 μs wake-up from any sleep mode and provide an optional LCD controller and charge pump supply. The Si102x/3x combine the MCU with a EZRadioPRO 240 to 960-MHz transceiver.
