Low power op-amp has 14 µV offset, 350 kHz GBWP

The precision NCS325 CMOS op amp delivers zero drift operation and has quiescent supply current of just 21 µA typ, 35 µA max at 25°C. The chip has 14 micro µV max input offset voltage at ambient temperature and 25 nV/°C max offset temperature drift.

It has a gain bandwidth of 350 kHz with peak-to-peak noise of just 1.1 µV from 0.1 to 10 Hz. The IC provides rail-to-rail input and output and operates from a 1.8 to 5.5 V supply. The device comes in a 3 x 1.5 mm 5-pin TSOP package for $0.35 ea/3,000.
