Low-Power Single 3-Input AND Gate

The 74AXP1G11 low-power single 3-input AND gate is fully specified for partial power down applications. The device operates across the entire VCC range from 0.7 V to 2.75 V and ensures very low and dynamic power consumption. The circuit is also tolerant to slower input rise and fall times with its Schmitt-trigger action at all inputs.

The IOFF circuitry disables the output, preventing the potentially damaging backflow current through the device when it is powered down.
