Low-power VGA targets palmtops
The SPC8107 is a 3-V monochrome VGA controller for 7-in LCD displays. It
comes in a 14 x 14-mm 100-pin TQFP. Five power-down modes match it to
palm-top power management schemes. A two-chip VGA subsystem includes a
256-K x 16-bit DRAM and a crystal. The SPC8105 is a 5-V version. (SPC8107,
