The SMF4L series 400-W TVS diodes protect portable devices, hard drives, notebooks, VCC busses, PoS terminals, SSDs, power supplies, and monitors from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient voltage events. It is provided in a small-footprint, flat-lead, low-profile plastic SOD-123FL package measuring 3.10 x 2.00 x 0.98 mm and features 400 W at 10/1,000-μs peak pulse power dissipation.
The diode series features a reverse stand-off voltage from 5 to 85 V and voltage breakdown (max) from 7 to 104 V. The devices meet IEC-61000-4-2 ESD requirements of 30 kV for air and contact events.
