Conforming to FCC part 68, the J104 Series relays offer two-pole switching and coil voltages from 3 to 48 Vdc in a 4.5-g, 20 x 9.8 x 10.8-mm package. The fully sealed relays have a dielectric strength of 1,500 Vrms minimum coil to contact, 1,000 Vrms minimum contact to contact, with a tested electrical life of 500,000 cycles, a 100-Mcycle mechanical life.
Insulation resistance is 100 MΩ minimum at 500 Vdc, with 5 N of terminal strength and shock resistance to 100 m/s2 for 11 ms. The relays offer solderability to 260°C for 5 s, with operating temperatures from –40° to 85°C and storage temperatures of –40° to 155°C.
