Low VCE(sat)xistor offered in tiny package

The CET3904E (npn) and CET3906E (pnp) small-signal transistors are offered in the surface mount SOT-883L TLP. Both devices are 40V general purpose transistors with a maximum collector current of 200 mA. The CET3904E and CET3906E boast enhanced VCE(sat) values of 0.1 V max and 0.057 V typ at 10 mA and 0.2 V max and 0.1 V typ at 50 mA.

The leadless package has a maximum height of 0.4 mm and occupies 1.05 x 0.65mm board space. The package also provides power dissipation of 250 mW compared with the similarly sized SOT-923 case rated at 100 mW. (From $0.062 ea/8,000 available now.)
